1. Refundable Conditions

Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:

• Products received are damaged, faulty, expired, or incorrect.

• Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable / Partial Refund Conditions

• Once a product is opened, consumed, or not kept in its original packaging, it is non-refundable.

• Orders cancelled after shipment may only receive 50% refund to cover handling, logistics, and administrative costs.

• Products purchased during promotions, discounts, or clearance sales are non-refundable.

3. Refund Method

• All approved refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
